Existing Users

New Users

2.0 FEES
- There are 3 categories
- Developed Nations: Economies defined as high income
- Developing Nations: Economies defined as low, lower middle or upper middle income
- Student Travel Sponsorship: Successful applicants only. Application period 22 Nov – 13 Dec 2018
- Must be paid in Singapore Dollars (SGD) Only
- Includes Applicable Taxes
- SGD1 is approximately USD0.73 (As of 01 Jan 2019). You may refer to OANDA Currency Converter for exchange rate(s)

2.1 Each Paid Fee Covers
Attendance to the conference including presentations, if accepted, and hosted functions
2.2 Payment Terms & Conditions
FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS
One registration fee must be paid by
15 Mar 2019 to secure an accepted presentation slot
NON-AUTHORS
Non-Authors should pay before 15 Mar 2019 to enjoy early bird discounts
STUDENT REGISTRATION
Students are required to upload a
scanned copy of the student status proof (e.g., a letter
issued by the school or the matriculation card) at the end of the registration process.
The proof document
must be in English and contains minimally the following information:
- Student name
- Student matriculation number (student ID with photo)
- Expiration date (Expiration/Expected graduation date should be later than the conference date)
- University name
3.0 PAYMENT METHODS
Meeting Matters International Pte Ltd is the conference management company.

3.1 Acceptable Credit Cards
China UnionPay (中国银联) / VISA / MasterCard / AMEX Only
All presenting authors need register and pay by 15 Mar 2019
3.2 Interbank Transfer/Demand Draft/Cashier’s Order
Please add administrative fee of SGD80 to fee amount.
30 May 2019 will be the last day for processing payment by this method (Not applicable to authors who must complete registration and payment by 15 Mar 2019)

4.0 REFUND POLICY
For cancellation/withdrawal notification received
Before 30 May 2019: A refund processing fee of SGD80 will be charged
After 30 May 2019: No refund will be given
Field Trips and Post-Conference Workshop: There will be no refund for cancellation/withdrawal by registrants.
But if due to lack of numbers, the item is cancelled, conference will refund the paid fee.
